Pachakuti Mesa Five-Part Apprenticeship
Foundational Apprenticeship in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition
This foundational apprenticeship introduces participants to the living wisdom of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of cross-cultural shamanism, rooted in Andean cosmology and the teachings of don Oscar Miro-Quesada.
The series is designed to support a deepening relationship with nature, the unseen realms, and one’s own capacity for healing through direct experience rather than belief or technique alone. Participants are guided into the creation and cultivation of a personal healing altar (mesa), learning to work with the five directions as a means of self-empowerment, transformation, and service.
Over the course of five in-person gatherings, students are introduced to foundational principles of sacred reciprocity (ayni), ceremonial presence, and non-ordinary states of awareness within a grounded, supportive container. The apprenticeship emphasizes embodied learning, personal responsibility, and respectful engagement with ancestral teachings.This series is appropriate for both newcomers and those already walking a healing or spiritual path who wish to root their practice more deeply in relationship, integrity, and lived experience.

What is Cosmic Dreaming?
Cosmic Dreaming is an understanding that we live in an interconnected, woven, living field of consciousness
— an ever-unfolding dance between spirit, imagination, body, Earth, and cosmos.
It is personal and interpersonal; ancestral, timeless, and multidimensional
— shaped by ritual, creative practice, and the sacred act of listening within.
It is the space where healing begins by entering into deeper relationship with what is ready to be seen, felt, and transformed.
In the field of Cosmic Dreaming, we remember that everything is connected. That the body carries stories. That creativity is ceremony. That healing is not separate from art, and art is not separate from soul.
Cosmic Dreaming is a way of walking in the world with reverence, imagination, and wholeness.
Sacred healing manifested through dreaming, ceremony, creativity, and connection.
Just as the ceremonies and healing practices of the Cosmic Dreaming Lodge arise from ritual, ceremony, and conscious sacred dreaming, so too does the artwork I create.
The medicine lodge and the studio — healing space and creative sanctuary — are all expressions of the same sacred field.
Each emerges through embodied practice, finding form through color, shape, and image.
Life is art, and art is medicine.
Healing is not just an outcome — it is a transformational process of walking toward the full expression of who you are.
Cosmic Dreaming Lodge Vision
Healing is a sacred act of remembering — a return to the truth of who we are beneath conditioning, disconnection, and forgetting.
Through dreaming, ceremony, creativity, and intentional touch, I hold space for transformation that is not about fixing, but about coming home. Home to the body. Home to the imagination. Home to the truth of who you are.
My vision is to cultivate a field where healing, art, and soul work are not separate — but braided together in a living, breathing practice. The Cosmic Dreaming Lodge and Deborah Epstein Studio are twin vessels of this work. One offers ceremony, dreaming, and deep relational healing. The other offers visual medicine — images born from the same dreaming, available to be lived with, contemplated, and felt.
This is a path of beauty, embodiment, and soul reclamation.
