Heal Dream Create Personal Healing Journey

The Heal Dream Create Personal Journey is an In-person experiential program that combines hands-on bodywork, creative expression and shamanic ceremonial practices to clarify intention, open channels of creation, release pain and dysfunction, as well we create easy to adopt rituals to sustain peace, quiet the mind, increase creativity and flow in life.

This program is designed for people who are:

•  Aware of their sacred medicine path/purpose/mission and need help imagining, creating, embodying or grounding their vision in a 3-D reality.
• Light workers, healers, therapists, and artists who have physical pain or physical or emotional trauma that is in the way of manifesting or doing the work they are here to do.
• People who know they are in the midst of the ascension process and are having difficulty creating a life of joy, abundance and love, despite all the “self-work"
  ​they are doing.

During this amazing journey, you will explore and open to your creative and imaginative gifts,  participate in earth honoring ceremony and journey deeply within yourself to receive clarity and deep healing. 

Each person's journey is unique and that is why the Heal Dream Create Personal Journey  is tailored to suit your individual needs.  

Each Journey begins with ground work- Before we meet in person, we meet in a series of zoom calls to begin the process of clarifying intentions and set the tone of your journey. 

Arrival

Once you are settled into your private space we begin our first day at the Mesa where we declare intentions and create a healing symbol or create a medicine piece that you will use throughout your experience. 

The Work

A combination of energetic techniques coupled with hands on myofascial techniques are used to open the body and get the energy flowing. (what is MFR?)

Land ceremony connects and deepens relationship to the earth and your own abilities to heal. The magical land of Sedona and the vortexes support your intentions and opens you up to experience your magic. 

The Mesa is the ground of healing that we use as we do our work in the lodge. It is a highly charged  field of medicine to support your transformation and healing. 

Each Journey must come to an end...

and our ending is met with an instruction on the creation of a despacho to show our gratitude to the guides and spirits of the land who generously support us in our creations. We close our time together with a fire ceremony offering this "feast" of medicine to the fire. 

Once you return home, we have two more zoom calls that serve as integration. Because of the in depth nature of this experience, you might need a little more support to help you acclimate your new self into your old environment. 

Your unique journey includes the following: 

• 6 days/7 nights in my cozy healing sanctuary, The Cosmic Dreaming Lodge and casita
• Shamanic healing journeys in the vortexes of Sedona and inside the Cosmic Dreaming Lodge
• Guided creative and healing expression exercises 
• Hands on healing with Myofascial Release, subtle energy techniques, and inner journeywork. 

A Quick Note From a Recent Guest

Last month I had the opportunity to participate in a one-on-one intensive offered by Deborah Epstein. I

had been struggling with a lot of changes that were happening in my life, both personal and

professional. I had a lot of planned and unplanned changes and upgrades happening with my business

and I was feeling overwhelmed and not quite sure how I was going to get it all done before the season

started.

During this week long intensive, I received MFR treatments which relieved not only my physically stuck

shoulder, and hips but also the stuck energy and beliefs that were trapped within my body, allowing me

to open mentally and physically. I literally couldn’t stop smiling and I was actually walking taller. We

performed ceremonies daily within the Cosmic Dreaming Lodge as well as out on the land in various

areas of Sedona. I believe that we are all connected on a deeper level and doing this intensive with Deb

allowed me to truly feel and experience that in a way I had never allowed myself to do before.

Deb is an exceptional healer and a truly kind soul. She offered support before even arriving in Sedona as

well as when I returned home and started implementing what I had learned into my daily life. She

suggested I start journaling while I was working with her as a way to process all of the big feelings that

were being revealed. This has been a wonderful tool for me and I have continued the practice now that

I’m home as a way to work through my thoughts to decipher what is true and what is just my fears.

I would recommend this one-on-one intensive for anyone searching for answers. I learned so much

about myself and was able to open to new ideas that I never even dreamed of. I was pushed to my limits

in order to see what I needed to see and I am a more open and loving person because of it. I have never

felt so much at peace as I did in Sedona connecting to myself, the land and the energies around me. It

truly was a life changing experience and I will carry that with me until I can return again.
