Create Your Own Path to Healing and Transformation

The Heal Dream Create Personal Journey is an In-person experiential program that combines hands-on bodywork, creative expression and shamanic ceremonial practices to clarify intention, open channels of creation, release pain and dysfunction, as well we create easy to adopt rituals to sustain peace, quiet the mind, increase creativity and flow in life.

This program is designed for people who are:

•  Aware of their sacred medicine path/purpose/mission and need help imagining, creating, embodying or grounding their vision in a 3-D reality.
• Light workers, healers, therapists, and artists who have physical pain or physical or emotional trauma that is in the way of manifesting or doing the work they are here to do.
• People who know they are in the midst of the ascension process and are having difficulty creating a life of joy, abundance and love, despite all the “self-work"
  ​they are doing.

During this amazing journey, you will explore and open to your creative and imaginative gifts,  participate in earth honoring ceremony and journey deeply within yourself to receive clarity and deep healing. 

Each person's journey is unique and that is why the Heal Dream Create Personal Journey  is tailored to suit your individual needs.  

Each Journey begins with ground work- Before we meet in person, we meet in a series of zoom calls to begin the process of clarifying intentions and set the tone of your journey. 

Arrival

Once you are settled into your private space we begin our first day at the Mesa where we declare intentions and create a healing symbol or create a medicine piece that you will use throughout your experience. 

The Work

A combination of energetic techniques coupled with hands on myofascial techniques are used to open the body and get the energy flowing. (what is MFR?)

Land ceremony connects and deepens relationship to the earth and your own abilities to heal. The magical land of Sedona and the vortexes support your intentions and opens you up to experience your magic. 

The Mesa is the ground of healing that we use as we do our work in the lodge. It is a highly charged  field of medicine to support your transformation and healing. 

Each Journey must come to an end...

and our ending is met with an instruction on the creation of a despacho to show our gratitude to the guides and spirits of the land who generously support us in our creations. We close our time together with a fire ceremony offering this "feast" of medicine to the fire. 

Once you return home, we have two more zoom calls that serve as integration. Because of the in depth nature of this experience, you might need a little more support to help you acclimate your new self into your old environment.
